Ferme Légat is a local store in Estinnes that specializes in selling fresh, high-quality products sourced directly from its own crops. The farm offers a variety of locally grown produce, providing customers with fresh and authentic goods while supporting sustainable farming practices.
Challenge
The challenge was to convince the client to modernize the logo in order to create a more unified and memorable brand. The existing logo, which the client was attached to, did not fully reflect the brand's potential or modern appeal.
The goal was to simplify and refresh the visual identity, making it more recognizable and distinctive, while ensuring that it clearly differentiated the brand and gave it a stronger presence. Initially, the client preferred to maintain the old logo and focus only on setting up a website, but the decision was made to update the logo for a more cohesive and impactful brand image.
Solutions
To address this need, I explained the importance of a strong visual identity to attract a wider clientele. The final logo is based on a typography that highlights the artisanal character of the farm, with forms evoking nature, such as leaves and branches. Ivy patterns and green colours have been integrated, combined with a combination of serif-free and cursive fonts, enhancing the artisanal and natural look. This new visual identity helps position Ferme Légat as an authentic and attractive brand.
